I don't know about you, but I've been feeling the energy of change building for some time. And the upcoming super moon, otherwise known as the full Buck moon, will be closest to earth on Monday, July 3rd.
It will be the biggest and brightest full moon of the year.
Full moons🌝 have long been considered powerful windows for manifesting change.
We need to be especially clear about our intentions at this time, because as they say, energy follows thought.
And we are more likely to manifest what we put out there at this time.
I have found this to be true on a number of occasions. Many times, I have manifested things that defied logical explanation - professional opportunities seemingly out of nowhere (Hello, O Magazine!), healing for myself and others who are important to me, and even homes that I didn't even think existed.
That said, I've also manifested things I specifically did not want.
It's uncanny how we can bring about the situations and people that we least want when we tell ourselves they are inevitable.
The good news: living in fear is not inevitable.
Here are a few tips for refocusing on what we truly want and shifting out of fear.
The more we do this type of exercise, the more aware we can become of how our own fears can get in the way. And the less power they will have over us.
And most important, the more vivid and real our positive intentions and expectations can become.
You may be pleasantly surprised to notice how outer events can mirror inner shifts.
What will you manifest?
